Hey there! I’m Dan, the founder behind Kids Love WHAT. While my wife (Kate) and I aren’t busy chasing around our 4 kids, we’re online, always looking for new ways to keep the kids entertained (and out of our hair! 😂). 

One thing that we used to struggle with (A LOT!) was finding unique gifts for each of our kids, whether it was Christmas, a birthday or any other occasion. We’re not talking about the toys and gifts that every other kid on the block has, but ones that are truly unique. And this is where the idea to start Kids Love WHAT came from.

Over the years, we’ve learned exactly what makes kids tick, and this site was a way for us to share the things that our kids love (not just gifts!). We’re all about making life easier for you, so we’ve done all of the hard work — spending most of our days scouring the web to compile simple, easy-to-read idea lists and putting them in one convenient place.

Our craft and activity lists are all about sparking creativity and engaging kids’ imaginations. (Not to mention the best way to save a rainy day). Just think of the fun your kids can have turning egg cartons into flowers and dinosaurs or making starry slime and other space creations.
